Nope, I don't think we will, but I do think we'll have our friends lists wiped.

I think they will probably make the cap 10 instead of 5 just because everyone seems to be passing 5 very quickly.

no one knows for sure xyo did not announce anything or ae staff as i have heard and on the fourms they said cap is now fixed to lv 100 so go as hight as you want iv seen lv 30s it true..(maybe boting)

All of your thoughts are valid. But sadly, no one knows for sure until AE announces it. Most likely it will be 10 or 20. 5 would be a strange cap and everyone would get it within the first hour of play. So...I guess we have to wait.

There is a Chance we might get resete dto 5 because of the other players...
